Terms and Conditions 444cuxi – Complete User Platform Guide

1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 444cuxi website, mobile app, and all related digital services operated by the company.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the 444cuxi platform.
• "Services" covers all types of sports betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, wagering, and any other entertainment products provided by 444cuxi.
• "Funds" refers to deposited funds, account balances, winnings, and bonuses held within a user's account.

8 Account Security and Responsibility

9 Account Suspension, Restriction, and Closure

444cuxi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Failure to submit KYC verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement bodies.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of 444cuxi to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
